The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the results of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 today. Candidates who took the exam can visit the official CTET website (ctet.nic.in) to access their results. To check their results, candidates will need to enter their application number and date of birth.
In addition to the results, the CTET 2024 answer key will also be released. The provisional answer key was made available on January 1, 2025, and candidates had until January 5, 2025, to raise objections. This ensures that any errors or discrepancies in the answer key are addressed before the final results are announced.
To check the CTET results, candidates can follow these steps:
- Visit the official CTET website at ctet.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click the link for “CTET Result 2024.”
- You will be redirected to a new page where you must enter your application number and date of birth.
- Once entered, your result will be displayed on the screen. Make sure to download and save the result for future reference.
To qualify for the CTET, candidates must score at least 60 percent marks out of 150, while candidates from reserved categories need a minimum of 55 percent, which is equivalent to around 82 marks. Successful candidates will be eligible to apply for teaching positions in CBSE-affiliated schools across India.
