Bhubaneswar:

The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha is all set to announce the Class 12 or +2 board examination results for the academic year 2024-2025. As per official sources, the CHSE Odisha 12th Result 2025 is likely to be declared this week. Students who appeared for the examinations can access their results through the official website — orissaresults.nic.in — once the result link is activated.

The Odisha +2 board exams were conducted in March-April 2025 for all three streams: Science, Commerce, and Arts. More than 3 lakh students appeared for the examinations across various centres in the state. The evaluation process has now been completed, and officials have confirmed that preparations are underway to publish the results.

To check their results, students will need to visit the official website and enter their roll number and registration number as mentioned on the admit card. The results will display subject-wise marks, total score, percentage, and qualifying status. A direct link to download the mark sheet will also be made available. However, the online result is provisional and students will need to collect the original mark sheet from their respective schools later.

The CHSE has assured that adequate digital infrastructure is in place to handle heavy traffic on the result day. Students are advised to keep their login credentials ready and follow only official websites for accurate information.

Apart from the official result portal, the Odisha 12th result will also be available on alternative websites such as indiaresults.com and through SMS services for easier access in case of server issues. The CHSE is also likely to release the pass percentage, toppers list, and district-wise performance statistics during the official result announcement press conference.

In previous years, the Science stream has consistently recorded the highest pass percentage, followed by Commerce and Arts. This year’s result will be particularly important for students planning to pursue higher education in India or abroad. The +2 scores play a significant role in undergraduate admissions, scholarships, and entrance exams eligibility.

In addition, the CHSE may also announce dates for re-evaluation and supplementary examinations. Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for rechecking once the detailed guidelines are published. Those who fail in one or more subjects will have the opportunity to appear in supplementary exams to improve their performance.

Education experts have advised students to remain calm and avoid unnecessary stress while waiting for results. Parents and teachers are also encouraged to provide emotional support, especially to students who may not achieve their expected scores.

The CHSE Odisha continues to improve transparency and efficiency in the result declaration process. The state government and education department have also introduced measures to ensure fair evaluation and timely results.

Students are advised to regularly visit the official CHSE website and the state result portal for verified updates. The exact date and time of the Odisha +2 result 2025 declaration are expected to be announced by the authorities shortly.

Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for rechecking once the detailed guidelines are published.
