Candidates who have successfully cleared the Mains written examination will now move to the next stage of the selection process. As per the official schedule, the online Personality Test is set to be conducted on December 12, 2025. This stage assesses candidates on various attributes such as communication skills, confidence, leadership qualities, and overall suitability for the role of Probationary Officer.
Only those candidates who appear for and complete the Personality Test will be considered eligible for the final interview round. The interviews for IBPS PO 2025 are scheduled to begin from December 16, 2025 onwards. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews at designated centres across the country. Details regarding interview venue, reporting time, and other instructions will be shared through official call letters and email notifications.
Candidates appearing for the interview will be required to carry mandatory documents for verification. These include educational qualification certificates, identity proof, category certificates where applicable, and other relevant documents as specified in the official notification. Failure to produce valid documents at the time of verification may lead to disqualification from the recruitment process.
The IBPS PO examination is one of the most competitive banking recruitment exams in India. It is conducted annually to fill Probationary Officer vacancies in public sector banks. The selection process consists of three major stages, namely the Preliminary Examination, the Mains Examination, and the Interview round. The final merit list is prepared based on the combined performance of candidates in the Mains examination and the interview.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official IBPS website for the latest updates regarding interview schedules, document verification, and final result announcements. They are also strictly instructed to rely only on official sources for information and avoid unverified notices circulated on social media.
