The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially announced the results of the IBPS RRB PO Preliminary Examination 2025.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially announced the results of the IBPS RRB PO Preliminary Examination 2025. Along with the results, IBPS has also activated the scorecard download link on its official website, ibps.in. Candidates who participated in the examination can access their scores by logging in with their registration credentials.

The IBPS RRB PO preliminary exam is conducted as the first stage of recruitment for Probationary Officer posts in Regional Rural Banks across the country. Candidates who clear this stage are shortlisted for the Main examination, which is scheduled to be held on December 28, 2025.

To check the result and download the scorecard, candidates must visit the official IBPS website and navigate to the RRB section. After clicking on the relevant result link, applicants need to enter their registration number or roll number along with their password or date of birth. Once logged in, the scorecard displaying sectional marks, overall score and qualifying status will appear on the screen.

The scorecard provides detailed information such as marks obtained in each section, total marks and cut-off status. Candidates are advised to carefully review these details and save a copy for future use, especially during the subsequent stages of recruitment.

The preliminary examination consisted of objective-type questions from sections such as Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. Candidates qualifying the prelims will now compete in the Main examination, which carries higher weightage in the final selection process. The final merit list will be prepared based on marks secured in the Main exam and interview, as per IBPS guidelines.

IBPS has reminded candidates that qualifying the preliminary examination does not guarantee final selection and that they must clear all remaining stages of the recruitment process. Candidates appearing for the Main examination should regularly check the official website for updates related to admit card release, exam instructions and reporting time.

Regional Rural Banks play a crucial role in strengthening banking services in rural and semi-urban areas. The IBPS RRB recruitment process aims to select eligible and skilled candidates to support financial inclusion and rural development initiatives across India.

Candidates are advised to rely only on official IBPS notifications for accurate information and avoid misinformation circulating on unofficial platforms. Any updates regarding the examination schedule or further recruitment stages will be announced exclusively on the IBPS website.

Candidates qualifying the prelims will now compete in the Main examination, which carries higher weightage in the final selection process.
