The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared the Class 12 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination results for the academic year 2024–25. The results are now available for all three major streams — Science, Commerce, and Arts — on the official result website hscresult.mkcl.org and other authorized portals.
This year, lakhs of students appeared for the Maharashtra HSC exams conducted across various centers in the state. The results have been eagerly awaited by students, parents, and educational institutions as they determine higher education and career opportunities for many.
Students can access their individual scores by visiting the official websites and entering the required credentials — their roll number and their mother's first name, as per the information submitted during registration. The results will display subject-wise marks, overall percentage, and qualification status.

To ensure smooth access, the board has made the results available on multiple platforms to reduce server load. In previous years, high traffic on result day caused website crashes and delays. This year, the technical infrastructure has been improved to handle the anticipated number of visitors.

Science stream students have recorded the highest pass percentage, followed by Commerce and Arts. Girls have once again outperformed boys in terms of pass percentage across all streams.

Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-evaluation or photocopy of answer sheets. The application window will be opened soon on the MSBSHSE’s official site.
