The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is gearing up to release the Class 8 board exam results for the academic year 2024–25. While the board has not confirmed the exact release date, credible sources from the education department suggest that the results may be declared in the second or third week of April 2025.
The PSEB Class 8 examinations were conducted in March, and thousands of students across Punjab participated in the exams. Students and parents are eagerly waiting for the results to be published. Once released, students will be able to check their marks online by visiting the official website — pseb.ac.in. The results are also expected to be accessible via SMS for added convenience.
To check their scores, students need to enter their roll number and date of birth on the result portal. It is advised that students keep their admit cards handy to avoid last-minute confusion.
The result will contain important details such as:
Student’s Name
Roll Number
Subject-wise Marks
Total Marks
Qualifying Status (Pass/Fail)
Division (if applicable)
In recent years, PSEB has made efforts to improve transparency and digital access to results. The Class 8 board exams serve as a foundation for students as they transition into higher secondary education.
Officials have urged students not to fall for fake news or unverified sources. All official announcements will be made on the PSEB website and through recognized news outlets.
Parents and students are encouraged to stay calm and patient as the evaluation process is currently underway. Any updates regarding result declaration will be shared promptly by the board.
