Candidates who appeared for the NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) can now access the answer key and calculate their probable scores.

Along with the answer key, the response sheet of the candidates is also available for download. This enables test-takers to verify their answers and tally them with the official key. Candidates who find discrepancies in any of the questions or answers are allowed to raise objections.

Important Dates:

  • Last Date to Raise Objections: June 13, 2025 (till 5:00 PM)

About NIMCET:

The NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is a national-level exam conducted by one of the NITs on a rotational basis. The exam serves as the admission gateway for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs offered at participating NITs, including NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, and others.

The exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering topics such as Mathematics, Computer Awareness, Analytical Ability, and General English. The total score is used to determine eligibility and rank for counselling and seat allocation.

What’s Next?

After the final answer key is released, the NIMCET 2025 result and rank list will be published. Qualified candidates will then participate in the centralized counselling process, where they can select their preferred NITs and complete the admission formalities based on their rank and seat availability.

Candidates are advised to regularly monitor the official website for updates regarding the final key, results, and counselling schedule.

The exam serves as the admission gateway for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs offered at participating NITs, including NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, and others.
