The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has moved one step closer to declaring the results of the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) CBT 2 Examination 2025, as the official answer key has now been released. Candidates who appeared for the Computer-Based Test 2 (CBT 2) can access the provisional answer key through the official portal — rrb.digialm.com — and verify their responses. The results are expected to be declared shortly after the review of the objections submitted.
The CBT 2 examination was conducted across multiple centers nationwide for candidates who cleared the CBT 1 stage. The examination is a critical step in the selection process for Assistant Loco Pilot positions across Indian Railways, and lakhs of aspirants had appeared for the second phase.
Key Highlights:
Answer Key Access:
Candidates can visit the RRB Digialm portal and log in using their credentials to view and download the answer key for CBT 2. The link to raise objections is also provided on the same page.
Objection Window:
RRB has opened the objection window for candidates who wish to dispute specific questions or answers. A nominal fee per question is applicable for raising objections. The deadline for submitting objections is typically within a few days of the answer key release.
Result Date:
While the exact result declaration date has not been confirmed yet, sources indicate that the RRB ALP CBT 2 Result 2025 is likely to be announced soon, possibly within the next two weeks. Once published, candidates will be able to check their scorecards and qualification status for the next round.
Next Stage in Selection:
Candidates who qualify in CBT 2 will be eligible to appear for the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), which is the final stage before the document verification process. It is essential for candidates to perform well in all stages to secure a position.
Merit and Cut-off Marks:
The result will include individual scores, category-wise cut-off marks, and a list of shortlisted candidates. The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined performance of candidates in CBT 1, CBT 2, and CBAT.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the official RRB regional websites and the central Digialm portal for the latest updates on results, merit lists, and CBAT schedules. It is recommended to keep their registration number and date of birth handy while accessing the result or downloading relevant documents.
The RRB has urged candidates to refrain from relying on third-party sources or rumors and to refer only to official notifications to avoid misinformation.
