The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board has released the official schedule for the Patwari Recruitment Examination 2025. This much-anticipated exam is a crucial opportunity for candidates seeking government jobs in the revenue department of Rajasthan. As per the official notification, the Patwari exam will be conducted in multiple phases, starting from the last week of October 2025.
The examination is being organized to fill a significant number of Patwari posts across various districts in Rajasthan. The detailed timetable, including shift timings and exam centers, has been published on the official website of RSMSSB. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for any updates or changes to the exam schedule.
The exam will be held in offline mode and will consist of objective-type questions. It will include sections on General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, Basic Computer Skills, and General Hindi. The syllabus has been updated to align with recent changes in the state-level examination guidelines, and candidates are encouraged to prepare accordingly.
Only those applicants who submitted their online applications within the given registration period are eligible to appear for the examination. The admit cards will be released approximately 10 to 15 days before the examination date. Applicants will be able to download the admit card using their registration number and date of birth from the official RSMSSB portal.
In view of the large number of candidates expected to participate in the exam, RSMSSB has made extensive arrangements for smooth and fair conduct. Multiple exam centers across urban and rural areas have been designated, and security measures will be strictly enforced. Candidates will be required to follow all exam-related guidelines, including bringing a valid photo ID and reporting to the center well before the start time.
The Rajasthan government has also emphasized the importance of transparency in the selection process. Therefore, biometric attendance and video surveillance will be implemented at exam centers to prevent any form of malpractice. The evaluation process will be carried out in a systematic manner, and the results are expected to be declared within a few weeks of the examination.
Successful candidates in the written exam will be called for the document verification round. Final selection will be based on the merit list prepared from written examination scores and eligibility verification. This recruitment drive is expected to boost employment opportunities in rural areas, where Patwaris play an essential role in land record management and revenue collection.
Candidates are advised to begin their final phase of preparation, focusing on time management and practicing previous years’ question papers. Mock tests are also available on several online platforms to help aspirants gain confidence.
