The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (TNDTE) has started the online registration process for the Typing, Shorthand, and Accountancy exams for 2024, which will be held in February and March. The registration for these exams began on December 16, 2024.
According to the official schedule, the exams will be held as follows:
- Shorthand High-Speed (Fast Track) Exam will be held on February 15 and 16.
- Shorthand Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Exams will be conducted on February 22 and 23.
- Accountancy Junior and Senior Exams will be conducted on February 24.
- Typing Junior and Senior High-Speed Exams are scheduled for March 1 and 2.
Candidates can apply online at the official website, www.tndtegteonline.in. The last date to submit applications is January 17, 2025. After this date, candidates can still apply by paying a late fee until January 19.
Applicants can also make corrections to their applications between January 19 and January 21, 2025.
The exam results are expected to be announced on May 6, 2025. The Directorate has urged candidates to keep checking the official website for further updates and instructions related to the exams.
