Coimbatore, September 11: A meeting of Prajapati Kulalar gazetted officers and advocates from South India is scheduled to be held in Coimbatore on September 22, 2026. The meeting will begin at 4:30 pm and is expected to bring together government officers and legal professionals belonging to the Prajapati Kulalar community from different parts of South India.
One of the key objectives of the meeting is to review and facilitate the draft of the South India Prajapati Handbook 2026. The proposed handbook is expected to serve as an important reference document for the community and bring together relevant information in an organised manner.
The meeting will be presided over by Etikala Veeraiah Prajapati, former Deputy Statistical Officer, Chairman of Shalivahana Charitable Trust and former General Secretary of the Akhil Bharatiya Prajapati Kulalar Kumbhar Mahasangh, Hyderabad. His participation is expected to provide guidance and support for the discussions concerning the proposed handbook and the wider objectives of the gathering.
The organisers said the meeting is also intended to create a common platform for Prajapati Kulalar gazetted officers and advocates across South India. Such a platform is proposed to facilitate interaction among professionals, encourage coordination and provide an opportunity to discuss issues and initiatives concerning the community.
The organisers are also expected to discuss ways to strengthen professional networks among government officers and advocates. The proposed common platform could provide opportunities for members from different regions to share information, exchange views and work together on community-oriented initiatives.
Preparations for the meeting are being carried out by the Coimbatore District Kulalar Association. Association President and Advocate P. Senthil Kumar, Secretary G. C. Palanisamy, retired police officer and Association Treasurer K. Natraj are involved in organising the event.
The gathering is expected to provide a forum for professionals from the Prajapati Kulalar community to meet and interact in one place. The review of the South India Prajapati Handbook 2026 will be a major focus of the programme, while discussions are also expected to cover the formation and functioning of a common professional platform.
The organisers have invited eligible Prajapati Kulalar gazetted officers and advocates from South India to participate in the meeting. The event is being planned as an initiative to improve communication and coordination among professionals associated with the community.
