Adrien Rabiot has officially signed with Marseille, marking the end of his search for a new club. The French midfielder has committed to a two-year deal with the Ligue 1 side after departing Juventus at the end of last season. Despite interest from various Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Rabiot chose to return to France, seeking a fresh challenge with Marseille.
Rabiot's career brings a wealth of experience to Marseille's midfield. Over a seven-year stint at Paris Saint-Germain, he made 163 appearances in Ligue 1 and won an impressive 18 major trophies. In 2019, he moved to Juventus, where he continued to build his reputation with 212 appearances across all competitions, scoring 22 goals and providing 15 assists.
During his final season at Juventus, Rabiot made 31 league appearances and demonstrated his defensive capabilities by winning 39 tackles, a tally surpassed only by teammates Bremer and Manuel Locatelli. His strong defensive contributions and overall midfield performance underscore his value to Marseille as they look to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season.
