Didier Deschamps remains confident in Kylian Mbappe's ability to regain his scoring form despite a recent dry spell. The French national team secured a 2-0 victory over Belgium in their latest Nations League match, thanks to goals from Randal Kolo Muani and Ousmane Dembele.
Mbappe, who was substituted in during the game, had four shots on goal but was unable to break his goal-scoring drought, extending his streak to five consecutive games without a goal for Les Bleus. Despite these recent struggles, Deschamps expressed his continued belief in Mbappe's potential to return to his prolific scoring ways.
The match saw France dominate, but Mbappe's inability to find the net has raised concerns among fans and analysts. Nonetheless, Deschamps' support underscores his confidence in Mbappe's skill and his expectation that the forward will soon return to his previous high-scoring form.
