Honor has officially announced the launch of its X60 series smartphones in the Chinese market, scheduled for October 16, 2024, at 7:30 PM. This new series follows the success of the previous X50 series, which included models such as the vanilla X50, X50 Pro, X50 GT, X50i, and X50i+, and has reportedly sold around 15 million units within just 15 months after its launch in July 2023.
The X60 series will feature three new models alongside the previously unveiled X60i, which supports 35W fast charging. Reports indicate that the upcoming X60 series smartphones will come equipped with 35W and 66W fast charging capabilities, dual curved displays, enhanced battery life, and improved durability.
Speculated specifications for the X60 models include the Dimensity 7025 processor, a 6.8-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Android 14-based MagicOS 8, and up to 12GB of RAM, including virtual RAM options. The camera setup is expected to include a 108MP primary camera and an 8MP selfie camera, with a substantial 5800 mAh battery supporting fast charging.
As the launch date approaches, Honor is expected to tease the new smartphones, generating further excitement among fans. Stay tuned for more updates!
