The iQOO 13, the latest flagship smartphone from iQOO, is gearing up for its official debut in the Chinese market later this month, with a subsequent launch in India also teased. Nipun Marya, CEO of iQOO India, recently shared an update on Twitter/X, confirming that the iQOO 13 will be the next device following the iQOO 9 Pro, iQOO 11, and iQOO 12 series, all of which were powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon processors.
Teased Specifications
The iQOO 13 is expected to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, promising enhanced performance and efficiency. The device will feature the Q2 performance chip, along with a BOE Q10 display, known for its high quality. It is equipped with a robust 6150 mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging, ensuring quick power-ups for users.
In addition to its impressive battery, the iQOO 13 will include up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. On the camera front, it will sport a triple-camera setup comprising a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide sensor, and a 50MP Sony IMX826 telephoto lens.
Launch Details
Currently, pre-booking is available in China, and the launch is anticipated at the end of this month. The packaging will feature the BMW M Motorsport Edition design, consistent with iQOO's branding. The smartphone is also expected to come with OriginOS 5 in China, and it will likely support features like PD charging, USB 3.x, a single-point ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
