The iQOO Neo 10 features a sleek design with three color options: Rally Orange, Racing White, and Shadow Black. The device boasts a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260 and a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals and vibrant colors. The screen supports HDR and 10.7 billion colors, offering an immersive viewing experience.

Under the hood, the Neo 10 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, built on a 4nm process, with an octa-core CPU clocked up to 3.3GHz and the Adreno 750 GPU for high-performance graphics. It comes with LPDDR5X RAM options (12GB/16GB) and UFS 4.1 storage (256GB/512GB/1TB), ensuring fast performance and ample storage.

The camera setup on the Neo 10 includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while the front camera is a 16MP sensor for high-quality selfies. The phone supports 8K video recording and various photography modes for enhanced versatility.

For power, the Neo 10 is equipped with a 6100mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging, ensuring rapid recharge times. The device also includes advanced connectivity options such as 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB-C port. It features an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint scanner and Face Wake facial recognition for biometric security. The Neo 10 runs on Android 15-based OriginOS 5 and includes several advanced sensors, including a flicker sensor, color temperature sensor, and an X-axis linear motor for a more immersive experience.
