OnePlus has been teasing its upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 series, which is scheduled for launch in China on December 26th. The series will include two models: the OnePlus Ace 5 and the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro. Today, the company has revealed some key details about the Pro model, which will come equipped with the industry's first e-sports WiFi chip, the G1.

This new chip is designed specifically for gaming networks and offers impressive performance improvements. It ensures a smoother gaming experience, even with weak signals. The chip reduces average game latency to less than 50ms, and even when passing through three walls, it lowers game latency by 30.2% and the LA by 60% compared to other processors. It also boosts network speeds by 50% when multiple phones are connected to the same WiFi.

In addition to the e-sports WiFi chip, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro will feature a self-developed e-sports antenna system, game cloud computing private network, ultra-long-range smart Bluetooth connectivity (covering up to 400 meters), and support for Dolby Vision video playback. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and run on ColorOS 15.

Other specifications include a double-sided crystal shield glass, IP65 rating, three microphone arrays with AI noise-reduction technology, and an impressive AnTuTu score of 3,218,978 points. The OnePlus Ace 5 will be available in speed black, gravitational titanium, and celestial porcelain, while the Pro model will come in submarine black, starry sky purple, and white moon porcelain.

With these impressive features, the OnePlus Ace 5 series is poised to be a top contender in the gaming smartphone market.
