Realme has officially revealed key details about its upcoming smartphone, the Realme 14x 5G, which is set to launch in India on December 18, with the sale starting on the same day. The device is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, ensuring smooth and efficient 5G connectivity.
One of the standout features of the Realme 14x 5G is its IP69 rating, making it India’s first smartphone under ₹15,000 with such a high level of water and dust resistance. This rating guarantees the device’s safety against dust, water submersion, and even hot water exposure, offering peace of mind for users in challenging conditions.
The Realme 14x 5G will be equipped with a large 6000mAh battery, providing ample power for extended use, and supports fast charging at 45W, ensuring quick top-ups. The phone will come in three color options: Red, Gold, and Black.
Although initially speculated to be a rebranded version of the Realme V60 Pro, the Realme 14x 5G differentiates itself with a larger battery capacity—6000mAh, compared to the V60’s 5600mAh. The phone’s launch marks an exciting development for Realme, offering high-end features at an affordable price point.
