Realme has officially confirmed that the Realme 15 Pro will be launched in India on July 24. This latest addition to the brand’s mid-range portfolio is expected to bring key upgrades in design, performance, and camera technology. With competition intensifying in the segment, the Realme 15 Pro aims to stand out by offering a balanced mix of hardware and user experience at an affordable price.
Expected Price and Variants
While Realme has not yet announced the official pricing, industry sources indicate that the Realme 15 Pro will likely be priced between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000. The phone may be offered in two configurations — one with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, and another with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Pre-orders are expected to begin shortly after the official unveiling.
Design and Display
Leaked renders suggest that the Realme 15 Pro will feature a sleek design with a matte rear finish and a curved-edge AMOLED display. The device is expected to sport a 6.7-inch Full HD Plus AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and in-display fingerprint sensor. The front may have a centrally placed punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Slim bezels and a lightweight build are likely to enhance the user’s visual and ergonomic experience.
Camera Upgrades
One of the major talking points around the Realme 15 Pro is its camera system. The device is expected to feature a 64MP or 50MP Sony sensor as the primary rear camera, supported by an ultra-wide-angle lens and a macro sensor. Improved image processing, AI-based enhancements, and better low-light photography are anticipated. On the front, a 16MP or 32MP camera is expected for selfies and video calls. Realme is also rumored to introduce new camera modes for portraits and night photography.
Performance and Software
The Realme 15 Pro is likely to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7-series or MediaTek Dimensity chipset, delivering strong day-to-day performance and gaming efficiency. The phone is expected to come with Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, offering a clean interface with useful customization features. Battery optimization and software stability will be key focus areas, as per early developer previews.
Battery and Charging
Realme is expected to equip the 15 Pro with a 5000mAh battery supported by 67W or 80W fast charging technology. This would allow the device to reach up to 50 percent charge in under 30 minutes, according to leaks. The charger is likely to be included in the retail box.
Additional Features
The Realme 15 Pro is expected to offer dual 5G support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB Type-C connectivity. It may also retain the 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature still valued by many users. Stereo speakers and Hi-Res audio certification are also rumored.
In summary, the Realme 15 Pro is shaping up to be a strong contender in the mid-range smartphone segment. With camera enhancements, modern design, fast charging, and a competitive price, it aims to cater to a wide range of consumers looking for both performance and style.
