Redmi has officially confirmed that its latest wearable, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite, will be launched in India on 25th September at 12 PM. Following the launch announcement of the Redmi Note 14 series in China, Redmi is now gearing up to introduce this highly anticipated smartwatch to the Indian market. A microsite for the upcoming device is already live on Redmi's official website.
The Redmi Watch 5 Lite will come with a 1.96-inch AMOLED display and boasts several impressive features, including an in-built GPS for tracking movement without needing a phone nearby. Additionally, it is 5ATM water-resistant, allowing for water resistance up to 50 meters, and it includes a dedicated swimming tracking feature. The smartwatch also supports calling, making it a versatile companion for users on the go.
Running on HyperOS, the watch integrates Alexa voice assistant, allowing users to manage tasks, sync calendars, and set reminders with ease. Battery life is another highlight, with Redmi revealing that the watch can last up to 18 days on a single charge. The device comes with a sleek square display, a metallic finish, and a comfortable silicon strap, promising a blend of style and functionality.
Pricing details are yet to be disclosed, but they are expected to be announced during the official launch event on 25th September.
