The device boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution, ensuring vibrant visuals. Under the hood, the Vivo Y300 is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, running on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14.
