Xiaomi’s much-anticipated launch event for its Xiaomi 15 series is scheduled for October 29 in China, featuring several new products. Along with the Xiaomi 15 series smartphones, Xiaomi will introduce HyperOS 2, a custom interface based on Android 15, and the new Xiaomi Pad 7 series tablets. The Pad 7 lineup promises a 3.2K high-definition screen with full DC dimming, advanced eye protection, and Xiaomi HyperOS 2. Expected to integrate various AI features, the series includes the Xiaomi Pad 7, powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, and the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. Design-wise, the tablet will feature a square camera module with dual sensors and LED flash, a selfie camera, speaker grilles, Type-C port, and stylus support.
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi will also launch the Redmi Band 3 on October 29 at 10:00 a.m. (China time). With a full-screen layout, the band offers a 60Hz refresh rate, an 18-day battery life, and extensive health monitoring, including heart rate and sleep tracking. The band, priced at 159 Yuan, is available for pre-order on Xiaomi Mall, JD.com, and TMall, and comes in Black, Pink, White, and Yellow colors.
