During the event, the Chief Minister administered an oath to the youth, urging them to become skilled, self-reliant, and contributors to society’s growth.

On the occasion of National Youth Day, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the Swami Vivekananda Yuva Shakti Mission, an ambitious initiative aimed at transforming the future of the state's youth. The program, launched on Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary, aims to achieve a 100% pass rate for students appearing in the Class 10 and 12 board examinations by 2030.

Speaking at the event, CM Yadav expressed his pride in launching the mission and highlighted its significance in shaping India’s future. “If the youth are capable and well-educated, Swami Vivekananda's prediction that the 21st century will belong to India will surely come true,” he stated. He also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to improving the lives of youth, farmers, women, and the underprivileged.

The program’s launch was marked by traditional rituals, including the lighting of a lamp and a floral tribute to Swami Vivekananda. CM Yadav also unveiled the mission's logo, which embodies the motto ‘Atma Deepo Bhava: - Samvad, Samarthya, Samriddhi,’ symbolizing self-reliance, dialogue, and prosperity.

The Swami Vivekananda Yuva Shakti Mission is designed to integrate youth-focused activities into a unified platform for socio-economic development. The mission outlines three primary goals:

  1. Ensuring that every youth’s income meets or exceeds the minimum-skilled category wage level.
  2. Guaranteeing education up to Class 12 for all youth.
  3. Encouraging 70% youth participation in social initiatives for societal progress by 2030.

During the event, the Chief Minister administered an oath to the youth, urging them to become skilled, self-reliant, and contributors to society’s growth. The mission reflects the state’s commitment to empowering young individuals and equipping them to play a pivotal role in India’s progress.

This initiative reinforces Swami Vivekananda’s vision of a self-reliant and prosperous India, inspiring youth to lead the nation into a brighter future.
