The Teachers Recruitment Board of Tamil Nadu has officially released the provisional answer key for the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test 2025. Candidates who took part in the examination can now access the answer key through the board’s official website trb.tn.gov.in. The release of the provisional answer key is an important step in the recruitment process, as it allows candidates to verify their responses and estimate their probable scores ahead of the final results.
Along with the answer key, the board has also activated the objection submission facility. Candidates who find discrepancies in the provisional answers may raise their objections online until December 3. The objection process requires candidates to log in using their registration credentials, select the relevant question, and submit their claim with proper documentary proof. Without valid evidence, objections are likely to be rejected by the board.
The Teachers Recruitment Board has clarified that each objection will be carefully examined by subject experts. Based on the expert verification, necessary corrections, if any, will be incorporated into the final answer key. Only the answers published in the final key will be considered for evaluating candidates’ answer sheets and preparing the final results. Candidates are therefore advised to carefully cross-check their responses and submit objections within the stipulated deadline to avoid missing the opportunity.
The Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test is a qualifying examination conducted to assess the eligibility of candidates aspiring to become teachers in government and government-aided schools across the state. TN TET is conducted in two papers. Paper I is meant for those who wish to teach classes I to V, while Paper II is for candidates who aim to teach classes VI to VIII. Some candidates also appear for both papers depending on their eligibility criteria and career aspirations.
After the closure of the objection window, the board will review all the representations received. Once the review process is completed, the final answer key will be released on the official website. Subsequently, the TN TET 2025 results will be announced based on the final answer key. Candidates who qualify in the examination will receive a TET eligibility certificate, which is mandatory for applying to teaching posts in Tamil Nadu.
The board has also advised candidates not to rely on unofficial websites or social media posts for answer keys and updates. All official announcements related to the TN TET 2025, including the final answer key and results, will be published only on the official website of the Teachers Recruitment Board.
Candidates are encouraged to regularly visit trb.tn.gov.in for the latest updates and further instructions. The release of the provisional answer key marks a key milestone in the TN TET 2025 recruitment process and brings candidates one step closer to fulfilling their aspiration of becoming teachers in Tamil Nadu’s government education system.
