The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tripura, has announced an extension for the registration deadline for Round 3 of the NEET PG 2024 counselling. The new deadline is now set for January 13, 2025, until 12 noon. Initially, the last date for registration was December 9, 2024.
Eligible candidates are advised to visit the official website dme.tripura.gov.in to complete the registration process before the deadline.
Official Notification
The notice issued by the DME states:
"The last and final online registration and application for participation in Tripura State NEET PG 2024 Counselling will be up to 13-01-2025, 12 noon. All eligible candidates who want to participate in Round 3 and/or onwards counselling (if any) of Tripura State NEET PG 2024 Counselling must apply through online counselling portal within 13-01-2025, 12 noon."
Important Updates
- Registration Fee Details:
- UR, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories: Rs. 8,000
- SC, ST, PwD, and OBC-NCL categories: Rs. 7,000
- The fee applies only to fresh candidates. Those already registered in Rounds 1 and 2 need not pay again.
- Revised Schedule:
With the registration deadline extended, other dates in the counselling process are likely to change. The merit list, initially scheduled for January 10, 2025, and the seat allotment results set for January 15, 2025, may also be delayed. The revised schedule is expected to be released soon.
