The Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has confirmed that the TS POLYCET 2025 seat allotment results will be released shortly. According to the official counselling website, candidates can expect the allotment list to be published soon, following the completion of the web option entry process.
TS POLYCET (Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test) is a state-level entrance examination conducted annually for admission into diploma courses in engineering and non-engineering streams in government, aided, and private polytechnic institutions across Telangana. Thousands of candidates appear for the exam each year seeking admission to various diploma programmes.
This year, after the results of the entrance exam were announced, the counselling process began with document verification and web options entry. Candidates were required to enter their course and college preferences online within the specified timeline. Now, the seat allotment results are awaited, which will determine the college and course allocated to each qualified student based on their rank, category, and preferences.
According to the notification on the official TS POLYCET counselling portal, the allotment results will be available soon on the official website — https://tspolycet.nic.in. Once published, students can log in using their credentials (such as hall ticket number, password, and date of birth) to download their allotment order.
Candidates who are allotted a seat in this round must download their provisional allotment letter and report to the assigned institute within the stipulated deadline. They will also need to complete the fee payment and document submission process to confirm their admission. Failure to report within the specified period may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
In addition to this, students should regularly check the official website and counselling schedule for information on subsequent rounds of counselling, if any. Those who are not satisfied with their current allotment or who did not receive a seat in this round may have the opportunity to participate in the next phase, depending on seat availability.
Officials have urged candidates and parents not to rely on unofficial sources for updates and to visit only the official website for accurate and timely information. Helpline centres have also been made available across the state for student assistance during the admission process.
The seat allotment process plays a crucial role in ensuring fair and transparent admissions into polytechnic colleges. It considers multiple factors including the candidate's entrance exam rank, category, gender, special reservations (if applicable), and the availability of seats in preferred colleges.
As the allotment results are expected shortly, students are advised to keep their login credentials ready and stay updated by visiting the official website frequently. This will help them complete the remaining steps of the admission process without delay.
