Marvel Television’s upcoming slate of series promises to be packed with exciting new chapters in the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). As the MCU continues to dominate both the big and small screens, fans are eager to know what’s next for some of their favorite superheroes and new characters. Shows like Ironheart, Wonder Man, and Vision are set to take the spotlight, each bringing a unique twist to the Marvel universe.
Ironheart – The Future of Technology and Heroism
One of the most highly anticipated upcoming series from Marvel is Ironheart. The show will center around Riri Williams, a genius inventor and a young protege of Tony Stark, who builds her own version of the Iron Man suit. Riri Williams made her debut in the Marvel comics in 2016 and quickly gained a massive fan following due to her intelligence, resourcefulness, and her role as a young Black woman stepping into the mantle of one of Marvel’s most iconic characters.
With the passing of Tony Stark in Avengers: Endgame, the mantle of Iron Man has remained vacant. Ironheart is set to explore Riri’s journey as she rises to take on the mantle of a new kind of hero. The series will provide an in-depth look at her character and her ability to innovate, along with her own struggles and growth as she learns to balance her responsibilities as a young superhero.
Wonder Man – A New Hero with a Complex Past
Another thrilling addition to Marvel’s lineup is Wonder Man, a show based on the character Simon Williams. Known for his superhuman strength and durability, Wonder Man is one of Marvel’s lesser-known characters but has a rich and complex history in the comics. His story is deeply intertwined with several major characters in the MCU, including Vision and the Avengers.
Wonder Man will explore Simon Williams’ origins, his journey to becoming a hero, and his interactions with other key figures in the MCU. With his unique set of powers and his often morally complex decisions, Wonder Man promises to be an intriguing addition to the MCU, showcasing a character with a deeply human side amid all the superhero action.
Vision – A Deeper Dive Into the Mind of the Android Hero
Following his appearance in the successful WandaVision series, Vision will return in his own solo series. Vision’s character arc has been one of the most fascinating in the MCU, as he struggles with his identity, humanity, and role within the world of superheroes. The Vision series will explore these themes in more depth, offering insights into his journey following the events of WandaVision.
What makes Vision particularly intriguing is his duality as both a synthezoid (an artificial life form) and an emotional, empathetic character who struggles with understanding what it means to be human. Fans can expect a unique narrative that delves into Vision’s complexities and how he navigates the aftermath of his experiences.
Other Marvel Series to Look Out For
Marvel’s television slate is not limited to just these three series. Shows such as Secret Invasion, The Marvels, and Armor Wars are also in the pipeline, each bringing its own spin to the superhero genre. These series will continue to expand the MCU’s vast narrative, introducing new characters, stories, and adventures.
With a growing roster of exciting projects lined up for the coming years, Marvel Television is set to keep audiences at the edge of their seats. The future of the MCU on television is bright, with an endless array of heroes and villains to explore.

Marvel Television’s upcoming slate offers a diverse and thrilling lineup of shows that are sure to capture the attention of viewers across the globe. With Ironheart, Wonder Man, and Vision leading the charge, fans can look forward to new adventures, deeper character explorations, and the continued growth of the Marvel universe on Disney+.
