Originally set to premiere on November 8, the release of Anpodu Kanmani, featuring Arjun Ashokan and Anagha Narayanan, has been postponed. The production team announced the change via social media, stating, “There’s a slight change in the release date, but trust us - it’s worth the wait. Stay tuned right here for all the latest updates.” The specific new release date has yet to be disclosed.
Directed by Liju Thomaz and scripted by Aneesh Koduvally, Anpodu Kanmani is described as a light-hearted romantic comedy. The film also stars a talented ensemble cast, including Mridul Nair, Althaf Salim, Maala Parvathi, Navas Vallikkunnu, Unni Raja, and Johny Antony. Key technical team members include cinematographer Sarin Raveendran, editor Sunil S Pillai, and composer Samuel Aby. The film is produced by Vipin Pavithran under the banner of Kreative Fish.
Following the delay, Arjun Ashokan is set to appear in Anand Sreebala, the directorial debut of Vishnu Vinay, son of veteran filmmaker Vinayan, which is slated for release on November 15. Anagha Narayanan, known for her breakout role in Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam (2021), was last seen in Raastha.
