Indrajith Sukumaran is set to play a pivotal role as a police officer in the investigative thriller Dheeram, directed by debutant Jithin T Suresh. The film is produced by Remosh MS under the banner of Remo Entertainmentz. Recently, the makers released a teaser along with the film's title and tagline, "For every crime, there's a punishment." The screenplay is crafted by Deepu S Nair and Sandeep Sadanandan, known for their work on Dhyan Sreenivasan’s Ore Mukham and the recent hit Pushpaka Vimanam.
Dheeram is slated to begin filming in December and includes a talented ensemble cast featuring Aju Varghese, Divya Pillai, Vijayaraghavan, and Reba Monica John in significant roles. The technical crew comprises cinematographer Sougandh Su, editor Nagooran Ramachandran, and music director Manikandan Ayyappa.
In addition to Dheeram, Indrajith was last seen in the Telugu web series Brinda and has another film, Mr and Mrs Bachelor, directed by Deepu Karunakaran, awaiting release. He is also set to reprise his iconic role as Govardhan in the highly anticipated sequel L2: Empuraan, scheduled for release on March 27, 2025. Moreover, Indrajith recently wrapped up filming for his Hindi feature debut, directed by Anurag Kashyap, adding to his diverse portfolio.
