The makers of Marco, the upcoming action thriller starring Unni Mukundan, have revealed the release date for the film’s promotional song. Set to drop on November 29 at 5 pm, the track will be launched by renowned composer Sushin Shyam, famous for his work in Manjummel Boys. The song, composed by Saeed Abbas and penned by Vinayak Sasikumar, features rapper Baby Jean, who adds his unique touch to the track.
Marco is set to release in theaters worldwide on December 20, and the buzz around the film is building up after the recent release of the single Blood, composed by Ravi Basrur. The track, originally sung by Dabzee, was re-recorded with a new rendition featuring popular Kannada playback singer Santhosh Venky after initial feedback from fans. Ravi Basrur, known for his work on the KGF films, has composed the score for Marco.
Directed by Haneef Adeni, Marco is a spin-off of Unni Mukundan's character from the 2018 film Mikhael, and has been promoted as one of the most intense and violent Malayalam films to date. The film features Unni Mukundan as a cold-blooded gangster, alongside an ensemble cast including Jagadish, Kabir Duhan Singh, Anson Paul, Arjun Nandakumar, Durva Thaker, Yukti Tareja, Abhimanyu Shammy Thilakan, Ishan Shoukath, Siddique, and Riyaz Khan.
The technical team behind Marco includes cinematographer Chandru Selvaraj, editor Shameer Muhammed, and action choreographer Kalai Kingson, ensuring a high-octane experience for audiences. The film is produced by Shareef Muhammed under the banner of Cubes Entertainments, in association with Unni Mukundan Films.
