Parvathy, a well-known actress in Malayalam, has acted in several Tamil films such as "Poo," "Maryan," "In Chennai," "Uthama Villain," and "Bengaluru Days." Currently, she is actively fighting for women's rights in the film industry.
In a recent interview, Parvathy shared her views: "Women need to unite to break the narrative that 'women are against each other.' If women come together, justice will prevail. The Malayalam Actor's Association has failed to fulfill its purpose, which led to the creation of a separate organization for women in cinema."
She further mentioned, "Male actors wanted the actresses they worked with to be newcomers, which led to this situation. To end this divide and continue the fight for women's welfare in cinema, I have decided to act in a future film focusing on the struggles women face."
