The team behind Rifle Club has released a new character poster featuring Vani Viswanath as Ittiyanam, a role that marks her return to the Malayalam film industry after a long hiatus. The poster showcases Vani in a striking red gown, offering a warm and inviting smile. Prior to this, character posters of other key cast members, including actor-director Dileesh Pothan, rapper Hanumankind, Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, and Surabhi Lakshmi, were also released.
Directed by Aashiq Abu, who also serves as the film’s cinematographer, Rifle Club features an ensemble cast, including Vishnu Agasthya, Vijayaraghavan, Darshana Rajendran, Vincy Aloshious, Vineeth Kumar, Ramzan Muhammed, Unnimaya Prasad, and directors Senna Hegde and Natesh Hegde. The film's script is a collaborative effort between Syam Pushkaran, Dileesh Karunakaran, Suhas, and Sharfu.
Rifle Club boasts a talented technical team, with music composed by Rex Vijayan, editing by V Saajan, and production design by Ajayan Chalissery. The film is produced by Aashiq Abu’s OPM Cinemas in association with TRU Stories Entertainment.
Vani Viswanath, who has been away from Malayalam cinema for over a decade, will also make her much-awaited return in M A Nishad’s Oru Anweshanathinte Thudakkam, starring Shine Tom Chacko. The film is scheduled to be released on November 8.
