Aashiq Abu's upcoming action film Rifle Club has revealed a striking new character poster, featuring veteran actor Vijayaraghavan as Kuzhiveli Lonappan. In the poster, he is shown seated in a wheelchair, holding a double-barrelled gun, surrounded by armed men guarding him. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 19, just in time for Christmas.
This is part of a series of character posters previously unveiled, which include glimpses of notable stars such as Dileesh Pothan, Vineeth Kumar, rapper Hanumankind, Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap, and actors Suresh Krishna, Surabhi Lakshmi, Vani Viswanath, Vishnu Agasthya, and Unnimaya Prasad.
Directed by Aashiq Abu, who also handles the cinematography, Rifle Club boasts a soundtrack by Rex Vijayan, editing by V Saajan, and production design by Ajayan Chalissery. The film is co-written by Syam Pushkaran, Dileesh Karunakaran, Suhas, and Sharfu. The ensemble cast features Darshana Rajendran, Vincy Aloshious, Ramzan Muhammed, and filmmakers Senna Hegde and Natesh Hegde.
