Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar has stated that the decision on the expansion of the state cabinet rests with the Congress high command, emphasizing that the final call on ministerial appointments will be made by the party leadership.
Speaking to representatives from various community organizations, Shivakumar said that requests and recommendations regarding cabinet representation would be communicated to senior leaders of the Congress.
