Congress leader and Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge has criticised the Central Government over the implementation of E20 ethanol blended petrol, raising concerns about the programme during comments shared on social media. The Central Government has consistently promoted ethanol blending as part of its energy and environmental policy.
