TVS’ design patent covers several key aspects of the Apache RTR HyperStunt, including its body panels, tank design, tail section, and stunt-oriented ergonomics.

TVS Motor Company, one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers, has taken a significant step towards launching its stunt-oriented sports bike by filing design patents in India for the Apache RTR HyperStunt. The bike was first unveiled as a prototype at the EICMA 2025 motorcycle show in Milan, where it drew attention for its aggressive styling and futuristic design.

The HyperStunt is expected to be powered by TVS’ newly introduced 300cc internal combustion engine, promising a blend of high performance, agility, and precision handling. While the motorcycle was showcased as a concept last year, the recent patent filing indicates that the model is moving closer to commercial production, bringing enthusiasts one step nearer to owning the bike.

TVS’ design patent covers several key aspects of the Apache RTR HyperStunt, including its body panels, tank design, tail section, and stunt-oriented ergonomics. The bike features a sharp and aerodynamic silhouette with aggressive lines and an elevated tail section, suggesting a focus on both performance and stunt capabilities. Its styling cues make it stand out in the competitive sports bike segment, reflecting TVS’ commitment to innovation and rider experience.

The HyperStunt was one of six motorcycles presented by TVS at the EICMA 2025 event, alongside models that highlighted the company’s technological and design capabilities. While other bikes focused on conventional performance and touring segments, the HyperStunt drew attention for its unique stunt-centric approach, catering to younger riders and motorcycle enthusiasts seeking thrill and style.

Market analysts believe that the launch of the HyperStunt will strengthen TVS’ position in the high-performance sports bike segment in India. With increasing demand for powerful and stylish motorcycles, especially in the 250cc to 300cc category, the HyperStunt could appeal to both domestic and international customers. TVS’ proven expertise with the Apache series further enhances expectations for this model.

The motorcycle is also likely to incorporate advanced features such as high-performance brakes, premium suspension, and enhanced ergonomics tailored for stunt riding. These attributes, combined with the 300cc engine, could make the HyperStunt a versatile bike capable of both everyday riding and extreme stunts, bridging the gap between a conventional sports bike and a stunt motorcycle.

As the HyperStunt moves closer to production, TVS is expected to finalize specifications, pricing, and availability in India. The patent filing is an early but critical step in safeguarding the design and intellectual property of the motorcycle, while also generating anticipation among enthusiasts.

With its bold styling, powerful engine, and stunt-oriented features, the TVS Apache RTR HyperStunt is poised to become a standout offering in India’s premium sports bike market, signaling TVS’ intent to push innovation and cater to a younger, thrill-seeking demographic.
