Adani Digital Labs, the technology arm of the Adani Group, has entered into a strategic partnership with DragonPass, a global leader in digital travel and airport service solutions. The collaboration is focused on transforming airport experiences across Adani-operated airports by providing passengers with enhanced access to premium lounges and value-added travel services through digital platforms.
This initiative aims to integrate DragonPass’s global expertise in airport hospitality services with Adani Digital Labs’ vision for digitally empowered customer experiences. The partnership will offer travelers a seamless, app-based system to access lounge facilities, food and beverage options, and other travel-related services at airports managed by Adani Airports Holdings Ltd (AAHL).
Through this collaboration, passengers will be able to pre-book lounges, access real-time updates, and enjoy various concierge and dining benefits directly from a mobile platform. The services are expected to be integrated into the Adani One app, a digital travel and lifestyle platform developed by Adani Digital Labs.
DragonPass currently operates in over 600 cities worldwide and partners with more than 1,300 lounges. By joining hands with DragonPass, Adani Airports will be aligning their airport experiences with global benchmarks, offering more value and convenience to domestic and international travelers in India.
Speaking about the partnership, a senior official from Adani Digital Labs stated, “This collaboration aligns with our long-term vision of building world-class digital infrastructure within Indian airports. We are committed to improving customer journeys through innovation and service excellence. DragonPass brings a proven global model that complements our capabilities.”
DragonPass CEO also expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, noting that India is one of the fastest-growing aviation markets in the world and that the collaboration with a forward-looking organization like Adani Digital Labs represents an important milestone in their expansion strategy.
The Indian aviation sector has seen rapid growth in passenger traffic, both domestic and international. With increased competition among airports to provide elevated customer experiences, digital innovation has become a key differentiator. This partnership is expected to benefit frequent flyers, business travelers, and even casual passengers looking for comfort and convenience during their airport transit.
In addition to lounge access, the partnership may also bring features such as digital meal vouchers, transportation booking, and exclusive retail discounts, creating a more personalized and engaging airport experience. These services are expected to roll out in a phased manner across Adani-operated airports including those in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Guwahati, Jaipur, and others.
This move also supports Adani Group’s broader goal of integrating digital technology into infrastructure and consumer services, reflecting the group’s focus on innovation-driven growth. It showcases how Indian airports are increasingly aligning with global standards to cater to the evolving expectations of modern travelers.
With this development, Adani Digital Labs and DragonPass aim to redefine what Indian travelers can expect from their airport journeys, making it more efficient, comfortable, and digitally connected.
