Tech Mahindra, the leading IT services company, announced a stellar performance for Q3 FY2025, reporting a significant 92.63% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated profit, which reached ₹983.2 crore, compared to ₹510.4 crore in the same quarter last year. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, however, the company’s profit saw a decline of 21%, from ₹1,250.1 crore in Q2 FY2025.
The company’s revenue for the quarter stood at ₹13,286 crore, reflecting a 1.4% growth YoY. Despite the annual growth, the revenue saw a minor dip of 0.2% compared to the previous quarter, signaling slight challenges in the business environment.
The company’s EBITDA for the quarter surged by 57.8% YoY, reaching ₹1,809 crore, a significant jump from ₹1,146.5 crore in the December 2023 quarter. On a QoQ basis, EBITDA rose by 3.4%, demonstrating a consistent growth trajectory.
The results indicate that while Tech Mahindra experienced remarkable annual growth, the QoQ decline in profit and slight revenue dip may require attention as the company prepares for future quarters.
