Waaree Energies, a leading player in the solar energy space, plans to raise around ₹4,321 crore through a combination of fresh issues and an offer-for-sale.

As October 2024 progresses, the Indian IPO market is heating up with several notable offerings. Hyundai Motors is currently running its IPO from October 15 to 17, 2024, expected to draw considerable attention in the automotive sector. Following closely behind are Waaree Energies and Deepak Builders, both launching their IPOs on October 21, 2024, and concluding on October 23.

Waaree Energies, a leading player in the solar energy space, plans to raise around ₹4,321 crore through a combination of fresh issues and an offer-for-sale. The company aims to use a large part of the proceeds to finance a new 6GW solar PV module manufacturing facility in Odisha. With the increasing focus on renewable energy, Waaree is well-positioned to attract eco-conscious investors.

Simultaneously, Deepak Builders, a growing entity in the infrastructure and construction sector, will also debut on the stock exchanges. The details of its offering suggest it is aiming to expand its operational capacities and take on more large-scale projects across India.

Both IPOs are expected to perform well, leveraging their strong market positioning and sectoral trends. Waaree Energies, in particular, benefits from rising demand for solar solutions as India pushes for cleaner energy alternatives.

With Hyundai Motors, Waaree Energies, and Deepak Builders all entering the market in quick succession, the latter half of October is poised to be an exciting period for investors looking for diverse opportunities in the automotive, renewable energy, and construction industries
