The shooting for the highly awaited film Father, starring Darling Krishna and Prakash Raj, has officially wrapped up, and to celebrate the milestone, the first motion poster of the film was released at a star-studded event. The trailer launch was attended by notable figures including actor Kichcha Sudeep, prominent political leader HM Revanna, and other esteemed personalities. The motion poster, unveiled by Sudeep, offers a glimpse into the film’s story, which revolves around the deep bond between a father and his son.

Father is the debut production venture of RC Studios, a new film production company started by R Chandru, who is also producing the film. Sudeep, a close friend of the director and producer, shared his excitement about the project. He stressed that Father is more than just a commercial film, describing it as a story that brings a meaningful and emotional depth. “Every film, including Father, is about effort and passion,” Sudeep said. “This film has relevance and depth, and I believe it will resonate with the audience,” he added.

During the event, R Chandru shared his journey, recalling his humble beginnings in Bangalore and how he has grown to make impactful films like Kabzaa, which has grossed over Rs 100 crore. Chandru revealed that RC Studios aims to create pan-India films, and Father will be the studio's first such release. He also expressed his gratitude for the support he has received over the years and his excitement for the future of RC Studios, which has already announced five upcoming projects.

Director Raj Mohan highlighted the uniqueness of the father-son story, a theme that resonates deeply but is rarely explored in films. “Father is not just about the commercial elements, but it’s about telling a story with meaning and heart,” he said. Raj Mohan also spoke about the importance of the film's motion poster and how it encapsulates the essence of the movie.

Lead actor Darling Krishna, who plays the son in the film, expressed his excitement about working alongside Prakash Raj. “I was drawn to the story as soon as I heard it,” Krishna said. “Working with Prakash Raj was a great learning experience, and I’m confident this film will leave a lasting impact on the audience.” Krishna also praised the focus on the sensitive father-son relationship, adding that it will help him grow as an actor.

The film’s lead actress, Amrutha Iyengar, also expressed her pride in being part of Father. “I’m grateful to Krishna and Milana Nagaraj for recommending me for this role. It’s been a special experience working with Krishna again,” she said. Actor Nagabhushan, another key member of the cast, praised Chandru’s passion for filmmaking and how the film's characters have evolved over time.

Father is set to release in multiple languages, making it a pan-India film. It is presented by Anand Pandit and produced by R Chandru under the RC Studios banner. The technical team includes cinematographer Sugnan, music composer Nakul Abhyankar, and dialogues by Manju Mandavya. The film is expected to offer an emotional and impactful viewing experience, highlighting the strong bond between a father and his son.
