Kichcha Sudeep's eagerly awaited film Max is currently delayed in its release, sparking frustration among fans. Speculation has emerged regarding a possible rift between the film's producer Kalaipuli Dhanu of V Creations and Sudeep, but the actor has dismissed these rumors. In a recent media interaction for Bigg Boss Season 11, Sudeep stated, "There’s no tension here. The film is done; it’s a pan-India project facing some technical hurdles." He emphasized his commitment to resolving these issues, asserting, "If there were real problems, would we have finished filming?"
Fans were initially excited about a potential release date announcement during the Ganesha festival, with hopes for a September 27 release across multiple languages. However, producer Thanu expressed disappointment on social media about the inability to confirm a date, citing unforeseen technical challenges that raised concerns about the project.
Sudeep urged fans to focus on the positive, labeling negative speculation as mere gossip. "We all have our challenges; it’s important to respect that. Once the film drops, everyone will see the benefits," he remarked.
Max is directed by Vijay Kartikeyaa and features Sudeep in the role of a cop, alongside an impressive cast that includes Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Samyukta Hornad, Sukrutha Wagle, and Pramod Shetty. The film boasts music by Ajaneesh Loknath, with lyrics penned by him, and cinematography by Shekhar Chandra.
