Nithiin, who recently appeared in the action-entertainer Extraordinary Man, is set to collaborate with director Sriram Venu on his next film titled Thammudu. The production team announced on Monday that Thammudu will be released on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri next year, generating excitement among fans.
To accompany the announcement, a first-look poster was revealed. The poster showcases Nithiin in a dramatic scene, where he is depicted running away from a mob with an intense expression, a Kagada in hand, and a young girl, presumably his sister, on his shoulders. This visual sets the stage for the film's adventurous narrative.
Thammudu is produced under the prestigious banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, with renowned producers Dil Raju and Shirish at the helm. This film marks Nithiin's third project with this esteemed production house, following successful collaborations on films like Dil and Srinivasa Kalyanam.
On the technical side, Ajaneesh Loknath is in charge of the music score, while KV Guhan serves as the cinematographer, and Prawin Pudi is the editor. Although further details regarding the primary cast are yet to be disclosed, it has been reported that veteran actress Laya will play a key role in the film.
Sriram Venu, who is also the film's writer, has previously directed notable projects such as Vakeel Saab and MCA - Middle Class Abbayi, showcasing his ability to create engaging narratives.
In addition to Thammudu, Nithiin is working on other projects, including Robinhood, where he will share the screen with his Extraordinary Man co-star Sree Leela. Fans are eagerly awaiting more updates as the release date approaches.
