The satirical drama Gorre Puranam, starring Suhas, is set for its OTT premiere on the Aha platform on October 10, following a successful theatrical release. Directed by Bobby and produced by Praveen Reddy under the Focal Ventures banner, the film delves into a communal conflict in a rural village ignited by the presence of a sheep. Suhas plays the role of a shepherd who steps in to protect the sheep, leading to a series of comedic and thought-provoking events.
In an interesting twist, popular actor and filmmaker Tharun Bhascker lends his voice to the goat, adding a unique layer to the film's narrative. As Suhas prepares for the streaming premiere of Gorre Puranam, he is also gearing up for the theatrical release of his next comedy-drama, Janaka Aithe Ganaka, which will debut on October 12.
