The makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule have officially unveiled a promo for the film's fourth single, titled "Peelings." The full song, composed by Devi Sri Prasad, is set to release on December 1, 2024. Allu Arjun, during a recent event in Cochin, revealed that the first few seconds of the song will feature lyrics in Malayalam in all the dubbed versions of the film. This, he explained, is a special tribute to his Malayalam-speaking fans.
The release of "Peelings" follows the massive success of the third single, "Kissik," which became the most-viewed South Indian track on YouTube. Pushpa 2: The Rule continues to generate significant buzz ahead of its release, with a global premiere scheduled for December 5, 2024. The teaser trailer promises an even grander scale for the sequel, building anticipation among fans.
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 features an impressive ensemble cast including Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, and Rashmika Mandanna, with notable actors like Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, and Jagadeesh Pratap also in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, in collaboration with Sukumar Writings. Cinematography is handled by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, and the editing is done by National Award-winning editor Naveen Nooli.
