A roadblock protest was organized in front of Subramania Arts and Science College, located in Thazhaiyuthu, Palani, Dindigul district. The protestors, former professors of the college, alleged that the college administration was refusing to provide their original certificates.
The issue came to light after several professors who had previously worked at the college claimed that the management was deliberately withholding their certificates, which are crucial for their career prospects. The frustrated professors decided to block the road in front of the college to draw attention to their plight.
This incident caused a disruption in traffic, and the local authorities were called to the scene. Officials are said to be in talks with the college administration and the protesting professors to resolve the issue amicably. Further investigations are underway.
