Five Booth Level Officers have been suspended after 3,404 Special Intensive Revision voter forms were allegedly found being photocopied at a private shop in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, officials said.

The Raigad Collector confirmed that the five Booth Level Officers had been suspended after officials verified the authenticity of the documents and determined that the forms were under their responsibility. The incident also resulted in police action against Patil. A complaint was filed by a revenue official, following which an FIR was registered at Kharghar police station.
