These remarks are expected to further fuel political debates as elections approach, with the BJP positioning itself as the sole defender of national security and territorial integrity, while painting opposition alliances as compromising on these crucial issues.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has intensified his criticism of the Congress-National Conference (NC) alliance, citing recent remarks made by Pakistan’s defence minister regarding Jammu and Kashmir. Shah argued that the statements made by the Pakistani minister indicate that the Congress-NC alliance is aligned with Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir, accusing them of pursuing the "same agenda."

Speaking at a political rally, Amit Shah emphasized that the Congress and NC have repeatedly taken positions that are in contradiction with India’s national interests. Referring to Pakistan's minister's remarks on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, Shah suggested that the alliance between Congress and NC reflects a political alignment that undermines India’s efforts to integrate the region fully.

Shah's comments are part of a larger narrative from the BJP, which has often linked opposition parties to foreign adversaries to discredit them in the eyes of voters. As the political battle intensifies in Jammu and Kashmir, Shah's remarks further polarize the debate over the region's future, especially concerning Article 370 and security.

The Home Minister's speech also reiterated the BJP's strong stance on national security and its commitment to ensuring the stability of Jammu and Kashmir. Shah concluded by urging voters to support the BJP, stating that only his party could guarantee peace, development, and full integration of the region into India’s mainstream.
