BJP leader and national secretary Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan recently addressed a public meeting, sharply criticizing the DMK, describing the party as anti-people. She alleged that the DMK government has consistently ignored public welfare and failed to implement policies for development, transparency, and accountability. According to her, citizens are increasingly disillusioned with the ruling party’s governance, and this dissatisfaction will reflect in the next state and national elections.

Dr Soundararajan stressed that the people of Tamil Nadu are aware of the shortcomings in DMK’s administration. She highlighted various issues such as inadequate infrastructure, unemployment, lack of timely public services, and poor implementation of welfare schemes. According to her, these failures undermine public trust and create a pressing need for change in governance.

Addressing BJP workers and supporters, Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan urged them to actively participate in outreach programs, raise awareness about alternative policies, and engage with citizens to ensure their concerns are addressed. She emphasized that a strong party presence at the grassroots level is essential to empower local communities and provide a credible alternative to the current administration.

She also spoke about BJP’s plans to prioritize citizen-centric policies that include better infrastructure development, improved healthcare, quality education, and economic opportunities for youth. Dr Soundararajan reiterated that the party aims to focus on welfare initiatives that directly impact people’s lives, contrasting it with the alleged neglect by the DMK.

Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan called for unity among party members and highlighted the importance of consistent engagement with voters to build trust and credibility. She asserted that political change is possible when citizens are aware of their rights and the impact of governance decisions on their daily lives. According to her, the electorate will recognize the efforts of a party that is transparent, accountable, and committed to public welfare.

She warned that anti-people policies, corruption, and lack of attention to public needs would lead to electoral consequences for the DMK. Dr Soundararajan expressed confidence that BJP’s emphasis on development, transparency, and citizen welfare would resonate with voters, and the party would gain stronger support in the coming elections.

The leader also urged citizens to remain vigilant about public issues, participate actively in democratic processes, and choose leadership that genuinely represents their interests. She concluded by reinforcing BJP’s commitment to offering an alternative governance model that focuses on people’s needs, sustainable development, and inclusive growth.
