Qualcomm has discreetly unveiled its newest mobile chipset, the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, building on the foundation laid by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. This latest iteration promises a notable 10 percent enhancement in CPU performance and a 20 percent improvement in artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, making it a significant upgrade in performance for mid-range devices.
The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset is designed to support advanced features such as 120Hz displays, offering smoother visuals and enhanced user experiences. This launch is Qualcomm’s second major chipset announcement in recent months. Earlier, the company introduced the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 SoC, aimed at entry-level smartphones, at the Snapdragon for India event on July 30. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 further reinforces Qualcomm's commitment to advancing mobile technology with improved performance and efficiency.
