LG Electronics, the South Korean consumer electronics giant, has announced its plan to unveil its latest Google Cast-integrated Hotel TVs at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025 event, taking place from February 4th to 7th, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain. This event will feature LG's hotel-centric exhibition under the theme "Transforming Stays into Memorable Hospitality Experiences."
As part of LG’s ongoing expansion into the hospitality market, the company will showcase its Google Cast Hotel TVs, allowing guests to stream content directly from their phones, tablets, or PCs for an enhanced viewing experience. Key features include network isolation to ensure privacy, seamless connectivity through QR code scanning, and automatic clearing of connection history after check-out for added security. In addition to Google Cast, the TVs support Apple’s AirPlay and LG’s Pro:Centric Management Solution. Notably, LG’s Hotel TVs running webOS23 or later are already equipped with Google Cast and other hotel-specific features as of January 10, 2025.
